  • Clinical & Therapeutic Support

My clinical specialty is working with people who are exposed to chronic and acute stress in their work environments (e.g., first responders, public servants, therapists/social workers, and healthcare workers).

I support adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep disruptions, trauma, and chronic or acute stress.

More broadly, I help people navigate transitions such as grief and loss, becoming a parent, divorce, changes in physical ability, menopause, and other shifts in life purpose or identity. I understand the culture of mountain and outdoor athletes, as well as many of the stressors and changes that can impact mental health, including navigating aging and injury.

  • Psychotherapy

I use relational psychotherapeutic approaches, often called human potential therapy. This patient-centered method considers each individual's unique experiences and circumstances to develop a personalized approach.

My sessions provide individualized therapy with or without medication management.

  • Medication Management

Pharmacotherapy is just one of many tools to promote wellness. I focus on identifying the most effective and least intrusive medications while managing their risks. Together, we will develop a care plan that involves ongoing assessment and complementary methods to address the underlying causes of distress.

We will work together to carefully weigh the benefits and risks of medications to support your short-term and long-term goals.

  • Healthcare Navigation

Navigating mental health can feel overwhelming. I am familiar with a broad range of Western and alternative approaches to help you find the right path. My sessions allow ample time to explore options and understand approaches that can include, but are not limited to, talk therapy and medication management.

  • Consulting

I help organizations support their staff through tools and systems to mitigate the impacts of psychological stress and burnout.

With years of experience working with teams and applying evidence-based practices, I provide consultation to organizations for sustainable wellness programs. By collaborating with a focus on the organization’s goals, working within resource constraints, and team culture, we can build a framework for ongoing staff support.

  • Public Speaking

I deliver educational presentations on managing psychological stress in the workplace and scientific understanding to destigmatize mental health.

Examples of public speaking events include risk management conferences, organizational workshops & trainings, and community events.
